Service Recipient – any entity using the Electronic Service.

Customer – Service Recipient entering or intending to enter a Sales Agreement.

Consumer – natural person acting outside business activity.

Entrepreneur – entity conducting business activity.

Product – movable item offered in the Store.

Sales Agreement – agreement between Customer and Seller.

Order – Customer’s declaration of intent to purchase.

Price – monetary value payable for the Product.
§ 3 PRODUCTS AND ORDERING

§ 4 CONCLUSION OF SALES AGREEMENT

The Customer submits an Order via the Store.

The Seller confirms receipt.

Confirmation is binding and sent by email.
